Treasure Chest Thursday (January 1, 2015) -- Happy New Year!

On October 16, 2014 I posted a photograph of four generations in our family starting with our older son, Jonathan, when he was a mere seven days old.

On December 25, 2014, a new four-generation photo was taken starting with our granddaughter, Nora, who was 52 days old on Christmas Day.

Both of these photos have been taken out of the family Treasure Chest and are posted here on New Year's Day 2015 . . . Nora's very first New Year!

Finally, I posted on the first anniversary of Filiopietism Prism, "It absolutely amazes me as this first year of blogging comes to a close that there have been over 25,000 page views by others during this year.  I want to thank each and every one of you for stopping by. I'd also like to especially thank those who provided encouragement, advise, clarification, corrections, and supplements via likes and comments throughout the year!  THANK YOU ALL!"

As this is written today, The Prism now has some 68,051 page views and I want to once again thank each and every one of you for stopping by. I'd also like to especially thank once again those who provided encouragement, advise, clarification, corrections, and supplements via likes and comments throughout the year!  THANK YOU ALL . . . AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EACH OF YOU!"

  1. Congratulations on your blog anniversary, John. That's great success for two years. Beautiful photographs! I love seeing how people change over the years. It's especially fun to see Molly and Jonathan with 30 years difference is their ages. Nora is gorgeous! I have to assume that the first photograph was taken with film and second was digital. It's amazing how much clearer digital images are. Happy New Year to you and your family.
